Terms & Conditions

1. Lessons fees are payable monthly and are due in advance by the 15th of each month, for the following months lessons. See our Payment Schedule

2. Our teachers are all self-employed and therefore all lesson fees must be paid directly to your teacher (not to the music school)

3. Any pupils starting lessons part way through the month will be charged at the pro rata lesson rates for the remainder of that month. In addition to this, the pupil will need to ensure the following months fees are paid in advance

4. If the teacher does not receive your monthly payment by the due date, we will assume you wish to discontinue lessons and will stop your lessons automatically at the end of that month

5. Pupils can cancel their lessons at any time and no notice period is required. Following cancellation the pupil is entitled to attend all remaining paid lessons. No refunds are given for any unused lessons.

6. If the teacher is unable to provide a scheduled lesson for any reason, a cover teacher will normally be supplied. If no cover teacher is available the teacher will provide a replacement lesson at no extra charge

7. If the pupil is unable to attend a lesson for any reason the lesson will be forfeited. In some circumstances, the teacher may be able to make up missed lessons. However, this is totally at the teacher’s discretion, and is limited by the teacher’s availability

8. The music school is open 43 weeks of the year for lessons. We only charge for the 43 weeks per year we are open. Therefore, lesson fees are averaged out in our monthly fee packages based on 43 lessons. View this year’s Holiday Dates
