Joe Hearson

Joe is a young and dedicated teacher. With a drive to deliver the best quality of tuition. Since an early age Joe has had a desire to dedicate his life to teaching and performing music.

As a teenager Joe passed his Grade 8 in Singing and Piano which led him to study for a Bmus degree at Manchester University.

As a professional singer Joe stresses the importance of developing the ability to interact with other musicians, after all it is rare for a singer to only ever perform A-Cappella. Being a multi-instrumentalist and self accompanist ensures Joe develops these skills, guaranteeing he delivers the best quality of vocal tuition to his pupils.

As well as a highly qualified teacher, Joe is also an accomplished performer having performed as lead vocalist in many big bands, orchestras and musicals.

Joe stresses the importance of learning all the technical aspects of singing in order to develop the voice. The voice is a musical instrument and practice and development will lead to better results. Joe's passion for music means his students enjoy learning as much as he enjoys teaching. This passion is a major contributing factor to the success of his students.
