Adam Ingram

Adam is an accomplished musician with over 20 years of experience. Although his specialism is in Violin, Adam also teaches Viola, Cello and Double Bass.

Music has been Adam’s main passion in life. Always aiming for the next level, he graduated from Huddersfield University in 2010 with an honours degree in music. He then spent the next 2 years training to teach in schools around the Yorkshire region.

Adam is a multi-instrumentalist, well versed in all styles of music. Having performed as a church organist, orchestral musician, exam accompanist, rock and folk guitarist and vocalist; Adam is always looking for his next opportunity to get involved in any kind of music.

Teaching music is the reason Adam gets up in the morning. He enjoys passing on his vast knowledge of practice, theory and technique to students of all ages. Adam believes learning an instrument should be fun, this approach means Adams students enjoy learning and ultimately progress very quickly on their instrument.
